“ABAMI EDA” (the strange one) - 2019 by Patrick Akpojotor.

The magical painting depicts the great Fela Anikulapo Kuti holding his beloved Saxophone.

Here, Patrick reflects upon the pioneer of Afrobeats and human rights activist, while using his traditional wooden and steel cubist planks to build a proud likeness of the musician.
